The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract signed with MIPA without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) days from the time of receipt of the goods purchased on the website

Shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer.
The purchased product cannot be replaced with another product.


The product must not have been laid and must not be ruined or damaged. The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging not tampered with.

The goods must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
The cost for the shipment of the returned goods shall be entirely borne by the purchaser.

MIPA will arrange the pickup at the address provided by the Customer.

The consumer is fully responsible for any risk of of deterioration of the goods until the goods are received in our warehouse both if shipped and in the event that the goods are damaged by causes not relating to their shipment.

make sure you have the original invoice and accompanying document indicating the order number, invoice number (in case of partial withdrawal, you must indicate item code(s), serial number) and bank details for the money transfer (IBAN and current account of the invoiced party).

Once our operator has given the authorization to return the goods, carefully pack the material to protect the original casing of the products from any damage, inscription or affixing of labels.

Once the goods have been returned, a confirmation of acceptance of the returned products will be sent by email. Then, we will check if the requirements (term) for the exercise of the right of withdrawal are met, if the product is in good operating conditions and if all the conditions listed for a correct return procedure are met.

Whatever the payment method used, we will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the goods, after deducting any transport costs incurred to pick up the goods to be returned within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

However, if the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase are not the same person, MIPA will reimburse the person who made the payment.
